AOP Student Awards to Open Soon

The Association of Photographers (AOP) has announced its Student Awards photography competition is to launch on 20 February 2015. The Awards will be open to all students who are studying a course that includes photography as a part. There will four briefs, each set by a leading professional photographer. The briefs will be announced when the Awards launch. This year, London prolab and art printer, theprintspace are to partner the AOP for the Awards. The deadline for entries is 30 April 2015.

AOP Student Awards opens soon
The Association of Photographers (AOP) has announced its Student Awards photography competition is to launch on 20 February 2015, with a closing date of 30 April 2015.
The Awards will be open to all students who are studying a course that includes photography as a part (this may not necessarily be a full-time photography course).
This year sees an exciting new development with the news that innovative London prolab and art printer, theprintspace are to partner the AOP for the Awards.
There are to be four briefs, each set by a leading professional photographer. The briefs will be announced when the Awards launch.
There will be an awards ceremony and exhibition held in central London during the coming summer. This will give finalists and winners excellent exposure within the pro market.
The announcement of the AOP’s Student Awards follows hot-on-the-heels of the recent AOP Photography Awards. Many photographers put their current success down to winning an AOP Award, both in terms of publicity and recognition amongst their peers. The Student Awards offers an excellent springboard for an aspiring photographer.
