Bowens plans ‘biggest ever show presence’ at TPS

Marketing and production teams at Bowens International and its videography and broadcast subdivision Limelite, are putting finishing touches to Stand G81, Hall 5 at The Photography Show (NEC: March 21 – 24) at what will be the company’s biggest ever presence at any show or convention in its sixty eight year history.

In addition to a new-look stand, Bowens will also run a new ‘Studio and Technique Stage’ area alongside the popular ‘Bowens networking lounge zone’ for professional photographers and trade visitors.

The Photography Show will also be used to showcase the widely-acclaimed LED Light Cube (distributed by Bowens) for the first time at a UK imaging event.

Said Robert Cook, Bowens marketing director: “TPS is set to be a landmark event for us as we will showcase not only the pioneering Light Cube that is already revolutionizing studio and location shoots for photographers and film-makers but we will also be picking up a major product of the year trade award for our equally compelling Mosaic Daylight LED panel.”

He added: “#TeamBowens photographers from both the UK and the USA will have their stunning work galleried in our lounge area and eight of them will be working flat-out every day on the Bowens Studio & Technique Stage to provide cutting edge lighting masterclasses across a wide range of subjects. These include simple techniques for classic portraiture; how to create seemingly complex images by applying creative colour theory and how to create form and shape using common light modifiers.”
