Daisy Lowe exhibits ‘hope’ with a collection of photography
Model and fashion icon Daisy Lowe has collaborated with the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to create a captivating collection of photographs reflecting the theme of ‘Hope’. The inspiring images will exhibit at Westfield London from Tuesday 29th March until Sunday 3rd April as part of The Big Fashion Wardrobe event and are available to buy exclusively through eBay.
Daisy has produced the photographs in support of the BHF’s Mending Broken Heart’s Appeal. At the moment, there’s no cure for a broken heart. Once your heart muscle is damaged by a heart attack it can never fully recover. But there is hope. The BHF aims to spend £50 million to fund groundbreaking research that could begin to literally ‘mend broken hearts’ in as little as ten years time.
Daisy comments that “photography is a means of capturing the world around us and communicating a message in a creative way. It’s easy to find hope all around us, in anything. The hope in an eager commuter preparing for the day ahead; hope in fashion; hope in love. In an ideal world this will inspire people to get involved with the Mending Broken Hearts Appeal in whatever way they can - why not have fun whilst still raising awareness of the great work done by charities such as the British Heart Foundation?”.
To own one of the photographs, signed by Daisy, bid for your favourite in an exclusive online auction from 28 March to 7 April 2011. Visit bhf.org.uk/ebay for more information.
