It features an ultra quick release slider so your camera moves comfortably, a twist lock to secure the camera when you're not shooting and also a means to use both your shoulder strap and tripod plate at the same time without the need to dig through your pockets and bags for the necessary pieces. Its all ready for you to just connect, shoot, disconnect and done.
