Fujifilm combines pre-sales enquiry and technical support lines into one number

From today, Fujifilm customers can obtain product information or technical support by using one number: 0870 084 1310.  This number will also allow customers to gain access to the latest stockist details, as well as technical and service information.

The 0870 084 1310 number will replace the 0207 586 1477 number, which is soon to be discontinued.

Between the hours of nine to five, Monday to Friday, a team of dedicated support staff can be reached via the new number, providing comprehensive information and technical advice on the full range of Fujifilm digital products.  This will include guidance on product specifications and comparisons, as well as user advice, such as connecting a camera to a PC, or how to take specific types of images.

With this in mind, we have amalgamated our support numbers to help avoid confusion and ensure all Fujifilm customers have access to all the information they need, when they need it, as quickly as possible.”
