G-Technology, in conjunction with a number of creative professionals in photography, film and music, is hosting the first ever European Creatathon and is looking for participants. The event, which takes place on Wednesday 18th July 2012 simultaneously in London and Berlin, is a one-day challenge and G-Technology is inviting aspiring photographers, film-makers and musicians to The Future Gallery in London to collaborate on high quality content that will benefit the local charity, Film & Video Workshop, that provides training and facilities for filmmakers and animators. 12 hours of creativity: G-Technology launches the ‘Creatathon’

Photographers, film makers and musicians come together to create amazing piece of content for charity

London, July 11, 2012 - To encourage talent and engagement in the creative industry G-Technology, in conjunction with a number of creative professionals in photography, film and music, is hosting the first ever European Creatathon and is looking for participants.

The event, which takes place on Wednesday 18th July 2012 simultaneously in London and Berlin, is a creative marathon; an event where a group of talented people come together to co-produce an amazing piece of content, all in aid of charity.

It’s a one-day challenge and G-Technology is inviting aspiring photographers, film-makers and musicians to The Future Gallery in London to collaborate on high quality content that will benefit the local charity, Film & Video Workshop, that provides training and facilities for filmmakers and animators.

A range of content will be created from artwork to moving image and film. There will be a number of professionals on-site to act as tutors, providing tips and tricks. Here are just a few of them:

-    Rupert Murray, film director
-    Joris de Man, composer
-    Kipper, music producer
-    Tim Flach, photographer

During the 12 hour period, there will be food, drinks, free Wi-Fi and technical equipment, including G-Technology premium external hard drives, available to ensure attendees have whatever they need, so they can focus on their craft.
