Hahnemuhle Press Release

Woodstock, IL May 24, 2007 Hahnemuhle FineArt offers new inkjet photo cards for producing high-end quality prints in a mini format. The inkjet photo cards are a special edition to the TIPA award-winning Hahnemuhle Digital FineArt Collection and are available in Photo Rag® 308gsm as well as FineArt Pearl 285gsm.

The Hahnemuhle FineArt inkjet photo cards are perfect for producing individual snapshots, invitations, greeting cards, portfolios and more. The photo cards come in 4x6 inch size and offer a variety of possible uses. There are 30 photo cards inside a metal box embossed with the Hahnemuhle rooster logo, a very practical and elegant form of packaging for this high- end product from Hahnemuhle.

Each set of Hahnemuhle inkjet photo cards offers high quality and age-resistant digital fine art paper. Photo Rag® 308gsm is a 100% rag paper that has a smooth, white surface. FineArt Pearl 285gsm is a 100% lignin-free, alpha cellulose fiber base paper with a bright-white surface that is remarkably similar to a traditional silver gelatin photo paper. The Hahnemuhle paper is specially coated for inkjet printers and ensures impressive, and above all, long lasting individually designed prints. Hahnemuhle chose the two most popular qualities of Digital FineArt paper for these Inkjet Photo Cards.

The Hahnemühle paper mill has been producing quality artist’s papers for over 420 years. Since its founding in 1584 they have developed experience and a tradition of excellence in art materials that is now been brought to the digital age, and fine art InkJet printing. The German based company whose headquarters are in Dassel, has 150 employees worldwide.
