Hama has announced a new camera bag range. The Citytour line includes three shoulder bags and a waist bag, designed for compact digital cameras. Even the smallest bag in the series has a soft fleece lining to prevent scratches and features two adjustable and removable interior dividers, guaranteeing that everything has its place in the bag. The shoulder bags additionally feature a padded compartment for tablet computers. One of them, the Hama Citytour 140 (pictured), doubles as a photo backpack and features a removable inner compartment for additional flexibility. The bags are priced from €29,99 to €69.99.

It’s time to take off when you have time off. For most holidaymakers a small digital camera is an indispensable piece of travel equipment. But where should you put it when you are out all day exploring a new city? In your backpack? No, not really, because you won’t have the camera at hand when you need it most. Hold it in your hand? It might seem really practical for a little while, but it is sure to get on your nerves after a bit. The new “Citytour” series of camera bags from Hama is the perfect solution for this dilemma. At first glance, the four different bags from the series don’t obviously look like camera bags. Even the smallest bag in the series, the waist bag, has a soft fleece lining to prevent scratches and features two adjustable and removable interior dividers. Guaranteeing that everything has its place in the bag.

Shoulder bag? Or backpack? Or both?

In addition to the waist bag, the “Citytour” series includes three other different sized shoulder bags, which are not only equipped with a camera compartment, but also feature a padded compartment for tablet computers. The special feature offered by the “Citytour 140” is its dual function as a two-in-one shoulder bag and backpack. If needed, a flap on the lower edge of the bag is fastened to the middle of the shoulder strap turning it into two backpack straps. For ease of use, the soft inner fleece compartment can be completely removed on this model.
