HDMI? No Problem!

Televisions, SAT receivers, hard drive recorders, Blu-ray players, and game consoles: In the digital age, everything is moving towards HDMI, and not just since the advent of the new, high-resolution HDTV programmes. However, there are still pitfalls associated with using these devices with HDMI. Accessory specialist Hama offers a wide range of products to solve these problems.

Plenty of room
That new flat panel display could be pushed right up against the wall, if only the connection cable didn’t stick out horizontally at the back. Several Hama products allow you to do this without squashing the cable downwards and risking a cable break. Adapters can help if the existing cable is to be reused. The 83006 Adapter, on the other hand, makes it possible to connect a type A HDMI cable to an end device that has a type C socket. It’s not always just about functionality. As in real life, sometimes the aesthetics have to be right too. The 83133 1.5 m HDMI connection cable bridges this gap. It features a shielded data line, 24K gold-plated contact surfaces, a full-metal plug and a blue illuminating function diode, which is integrated into the plug and creates a cool look in the living room.
