London, UK, 1 June, 2005. HP (NYSE, Nasdaq: HPQ) today announced the introduction of the HP PSC 1410 All-in-One. Within its compact exterior, it offers print and scan functions plus the ability to copy without the need for a PC.  Not only does this All-in-One look great, it also takes up minimal space within the home and has a fold up tray for convenient storage when not in use.

The HP PSC 1410 All-in-One is easy to set up and just as simple to use, featuring intuitive front control panels for the print, copy and scan functions. Print and copy speeds of up to 18 ppm in black and 13 ppm in colour, allows users with moderate to low printing needs to create beautifully designed cards and print other documents as required.

With the HP 22 Tri-Colour Inkjet Print Cartridge, the HP PSC 1410 All-in-One allows users to produce colour copies and reprints in seconds without even having to switch on a PC.  For those who want to try home photo printing, it also produces photos, up to 4800 x 1200-optimised dpi colour, when printing from a computer. With HP photo paper, users can also enjoy 10 x 15 cm borderless printing with easy to tear-or cut-off tabs.
The HP PSC 1410 All-in-One offers one-touch flatbed scanning at 600 x 2400-dpi in 36-bit colour. This function allows users to turn their photos or documents into digital files which are then easy to share with family and friends.

With the HP 21 Black Inkjet Print Cartridge, users with low printing demands are also able to enjoy crisp, laser-quality black and white text at the touch of a button, perfect for copying bills and receipts when organising home accounts.  The HP PSC 1410 All-in-One also allows users to reduce and enlarge documents to the desired size.

Users can have fun organising, editing and enhancing photographs by using HP Image Zone Software, included as standard.  And by using HP Instant Share (also included) they can enjoy the freedom of sharing those photographs with family and friends, without having to resort to using e-mails with large attachments.
