This Autumn three of Europe’s chicest cities will form the backdrop to an exclusive series of portrait photography workshops from renowned photographer and trainer Damien Lovegrove. Whether you’re shooting street portraits in Stockholm and Oslo or taking a Boudoir Photography masterclass in Copenhagen, these Scandinavian hotspots are guaranteed to give your photographs an injection of culture and creativity.

Street Portrait Workshops

Stockholm, Sweden - Saturday 5th September 2015

Oslo, Norway - Monday 7th September 2015

A series of handpicked stunning locations in Stockholm and Oslo will provide you with a wide array of amazing shooting opportunities and inspiration. You will learn the skills required to shoot dramatic and unique urban portraits, and how to adapt your shooting swiftly to take full advantage of each and every location.

Delivered with Damien’s infectious enthusiasm, each workshop is strictly limited to only 5 attendees allowing for near unfettered access to one of the world’s leading professional photographers. These creative workshops are perfect for both professional and enthusiast photographers.

Each full day of training will include expert advice on:

  • Choosing the right location
  • Finding the light
  • How to direct your model
  • Exposure settings
  • When, where and how to use flash
  • Creative compositional tips
  • Expert guidance to improve your photography skills

Both workshops begin at 9.30am and finish at 5.30pm, with lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day. Delegates should bring with them a camera that they are familiar with, an open mind and lots of energy.

Boudoir Photography Workshop

Copenhagen, Denmark - Wednesday 2nd September 2015

Join Damien Lovegrove on location in the beautiful city of Copenhagen for a masterclass in classic beauty and boudoir style portrait photography.

The stunning STAY Copenhagen hotel provides the setting for this intensive workshop where Damien will share his knowledge on effective direction of models, on how to get the most from ambient light and when to bring in additional lighting to create beautifully lit boudoir portraits. Delivered with energy and verve this workshop is an incredibly creative experience for both professional and enthusiast photographers.

The Boudoir Photography Workshop is strictly limited to only 5 places, so advance bookings are strongly recommended. Cost per delegate is £350.
