New KODAK EASYSHARE Software Version 5.2 Offers Innovative ‘Favourites’ Feature, Providing Effortless Access to Your Best Pictures Anytime, Anywhere

LONDON, January 3 2006 - Eastman Kodak Company has introduced KODAK EASYSHARE Software version 5.2, which is free, simple-to-use software that helps users effortlessly organise, edit, share and print their digital pictures. This new version helps people quickly view and share their best pictures anytime, anywhere — on their computer, online, and on their camera — through an innovative, enhanced ‘favourites’ feature. Version 5.2 is compatible with all popular brands of digital cameras, as well as the most widely used digital picture/video file formats. Simply tagging a picture as a favourite places it into the software’s favourites album on a WINDOWS or MACINTOSH system, and then automatically uploads it to the favourites album within your KODAK EASYSHARE Gallery account, providing an additional degree of safety and security. When using a compatible KODAK EASYSHARE digital camera, the tagged picture will also be placed into the on-camera favourites album.
