Kodak Alaris has released a new suite of apps that makes it easier to create and pick up personalised photo products from participating stores and Kodak Picture kiosks. The apps allow users to select photos from any iOS or Android smartphone, and to create a personalised photo product anywhere anytime. All they need to do is choose the image layout and select the nearest participating retailer for collection. Additionally, the Kodak Moments App for smartphones can also connect directly to a Kodak Picture Kiosk via Wi-Fi to allow individual images to be loaded directly from the handset to the kiosk to create a variety of products.For Facebook enthusiasts, the Kodak Moments app offers a solution to print Facebook albums or favourite Facebook photos.

HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, March 2014- Building on its consumer focused personalised photo product range, Kodak Alaris presents Kodak Moments App, a new suite of apps that makes it even easier to create and pick up personalised photo products from participating stores and Kodak Picture kiosks.

Download the free Android, iOS* smartphone and Facebook apps, or the Create@home software to a PC, to quickly and easily create photo products on the go or at home. Kodak Moments App comes as a direct response to changing needs: busier lifestyles and an increased need for mobile compatible solutions.

Images can be selected from any iOS or Android smartphone, and with a few simple clicks, anyone can create a personalised photo product anywhere anytime. Choose the image layout and select the nearest participating retailer for collection. Once an e-mail confirmation has been received, present your order ID code to the retailer or key into a Kodak Picture kiosk to receive the photo product.

For those consumers already in store, the Kodak Moments App for smartphone can also connect directly to a Kodak Picture Kiosk using on board Wi-Fi. Via the app – individual images can be loaded directly from the handset to the kiosk to create a variety of products.

For Facebook enthusiasts, the Kodak Moments app offers a great solution to print Facebook albums, or favourite Facebook photos. Choose from any of your own or friends and family Facebook images to create photo prints, photobooks, greeting cards and social prints. Design your creation just the way you want, with captions and layouts. Then place your order at your nearest store to collect.

For those who like to take their time and allow their imagination to really run wild when creating a photobook, Create@home software can be loaded onto a PC. With a wide range of design options and templates Create@home provides creative inspiration whatever the occasion.
