Kodak is suing Panasonic over four digital camera patents covering image compression, storage, color sensors and previews. Kodak reached an out of court settlement about the same patents with Sony in January. The complaint has bee filed against Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Panasonic Corp., Victor Co., and JVC Americas Corp.
