Seven days of pure photographic indulgence in the Tatra Mountains with Photo Iconic
Photo Iconic has teamed up with wildlife photographer Chris Weston and specialist holiday company Mountain Paradise to launch a series of landscape photography holidays in Slovakia’s glorious Tatra Mountains National Park in May and June.
At £945 per person, inclusive of international flights from the UK, full-board chalet accommodation, the services of a private guide and all tuition, the courses offer exceptionally good value and the opportunity to explore a spectacular part of Europe while receiving photographic tuition from two award-winning photographers.
For every booking made, Photo Iconic and Mountain Paradise will donate £100.00 to the Tatra Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation set up in conjunction with the Animals on the Edge program of Living Earth to provide funding for conservation initiatives throughout Tatra Mountains National Park.
Each Landscapes: Lakes & Waterfalls course offers a week of pure photographic indulgence, with expert tuition, photography excursions and masterclasses in landscape techniques from Chris Weston and Travel Photographer of the Year founder, photographer Chris Coe.
Just two hours’ flight from the UK, the region boasts some of Europe’s most stunning scenery and is widely considered the last best wilderness on the continent. Tuition takes place in hand-picked, highly photogenic locations, including Strbske Lake with its high-mountain backdrop, Spis Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the misty valleys of the Park, with its sparkling waterfall.
All levels of ability will be catered for, and the courses are suitable for those shooting digitally or on film, and for all formats, from 35mm to medium or large-format.
Course dates are May 30th - June 5th and June 6th - June 12th. For further information visit www.photoiconic.com, email [email protected] or call 01728 669185.
