Liquid Image has launched a new waterproof housing for the company’s EGO WiFi HD action camera. Depth rated to 40m/130ft, the new housing features a compact design,  adjustable flat adhesive mount and two buttons that allow the user to toggle between the camera’s video and still modes. The Liquid Image underwater housing is available for purchase from November 2012 with an RRP of £39.99.

Liquid Image launches new waterproof housing for EGO camera

London, October 2012 Liquid Image, a leader in wearable technology, has announced the launch of a new waterproof housing for the company’s recently launched EGO WiFi HD sports action camera.

The new quality waterproof case is depth rated to 40m/130ft, allowing users to capture fantastic underwater footage when surfing, snorkelling or scuba diving.  Its compact design provides a snug fit for the Ego camera and the lightweight housing can be easily sealed with a fold-over clip offering maximum water protection.  There are two buttons on the top of the housing allowing the user to switch from video or still modes.  The adjustable flat adhesive mount that comes with the EGO camera connects directly to the base of the waterproof housing, creating a number of mounting options for ease of use and flexibility. The small waterproof case, boasts (8cm x 5cm x 4.5cm) dimensions adding to the EGO camera’s versatility, making it perfect for almost any underwater filming situation, no matter how challenging.
