JP Distribution’s stand at Focus on Imaging 2006 has been it’s most successful show to date. The number of enquiries for all of JP Distribution’s brands was at an all time high and the company were Highly Commended for their innovative stand design. Launched at the show was the worlds first 22 Million Pixel DSLR – The Mamiya ZD.  Focus on Imaging was the ideal event to launch the camera and, as expected, the Mamiya ZD caused great interest at the show. Stock is now available through authorised Mamiya ZD dealers.

On display for the first time were the latest products from Giottos.  Giotto’s Industrial Inc. was founded in 1988 and specialising in tripod and light stand design and manufacturing. The GB1140 and GB4180 are the latest tripods in the line up from Giottos. As many visitors to the Giottos area found, the products are designed for simple yet versatile operation and are lightweight but very strong.

Peli is always a very well attended area of the JP Distribution stand and 2006 was no exception.  Peli were established in 1975 in California and manufacture the world-renowned Peli (also known as Pelican) original hard case - Protector Cases and the Micro Cases range.  Peli found great interest in their new 1510 and 1560 cases.  These two new models, with their integrated wheels are perfect for travelling photographers.  The 1510 was welcomed by photographers that regularly fly, as it’s the largest case that can be carried on to a plane as hand luggage.  All Peli products are designed and built to perform in the most extreme conditions.
