Manfrotto has launched its new Off Road collection. The new range features two new products; a pair of walking sticks with camera attachment and a lightweight tripod. The Off Road photographic walking sticks (£79.95) are some of the lightest poles in the market and have been designed for passionate hikers who wish to carry photographic equipment with them wherever they go. One of the pole’s features a rotating camera attachment on top, allowing the stick to easily convert into a monopod whilst walking. The monopod stick can carry a payload up to 2.5kg/5.51lbs with a max height of 132.5cm. The Off Road tripod (£119.95, pictured) is the lightest tripod in the Manfrotto range, weighing just 650gr/1.43lbs. The tripod has a diameter of just 5cm and is easily portable with a closed length of 55.5cm yet max height of 122cm. The ball head is made of aluminium and holds a payload up to 2.5kg/5.51lbs.

MANFROTTO PRESENTS: THE OFF ROAD COLLECTION

Two new products designed for the outdoor market

London, 12th August 2014 – Manfrotto, world leader in the photography, imaging equipment and accessories industry, is proud to announce the launch of the new Off road collection. The new range features, two new products specifically designed for the outdoor market which includes a pair of walking sticks with camera attachment and a lightweight tripod.

Designed for active photographers that are looking for compact and lightweight products ideal for outdoor photography. Manfrotto has developed both products in collaboration with Fizan, one of the industry leading brands specialised in manufacturing products for the outdoor market.

Using the latest innovative ultra-lightweight tubes, the legs feature a Twist-to-Lock mechanism that allows easy operation when opening and locking the sections of the tripod and walking sticks. Plus they close telescopically into three sections and each section can be easily removed for cleaning.

Supplied with the products, there are a number of accessories to aid the outdoor photographer such as attachable baskets (supplied with the walking sticks only) and rubber feet for excellent grip on every surface. The two products will be available in three colours: blue, red and green.

Ideal for hikers with a passion for photography, this tripod is very lightweight and compact. The tripod has a diameter of just 5cm and is easily portable with a closed length of 55.5cm yet max height of 122cm.

The ball head is made of aluminum and holds a payload up to 2.5kg/5.51lbs. Featuring a single locking knob for quick and easy movements, an integrated levelling bubble that helps ensure the correct shooting position, and a quick rotating camera wheel attachment allowing the user to easily set up the camera.

INTUITATIVE WALKING STICKS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

The Off road photographic walking sticks are some of the lightest poles in the market and have been designed for passionate hikers who wish to carry photographic equipment with them wherever they go.

Lightweight and simple to use, one of the pole’s features a rotating camera attachment on top, allowing the stick to easily convert into a monopod whilst walking. By removing the cap you can attach your camera to the pole by simply screwing it in. The legs are made of aluminum and a pair of walking sticks weigh less than 400grs/0.88lbs. Plus the monopod stick can carry a payload up to 2.5kg/5.51lbs with a max height of 132.5cm.

The handgrips and wrist strap allow the user to hold the poles with maximum stability and maintain the right posture, whilst the absence of a locking lever allows means they are very compact, the closed length is 59.5cm.
