Manfrotto today introduced the redesigned website of the Manfrotto School of Xcellence (MSoX), its dedicated online educational platform. New additions include a Picture of the Day feature, a section called Five Golden Rules where MSoX photographers draw up their own, personal ‘golden rules’ regarding photography or videography, plus Interviews, News and Events. The web portal has been re-designed to captivate, engage and interact with photographers, hobbyists and imaging enthusiasts from all over the world.
Popular new additions to the new web portal include:
- Picture of the day: MSoX photographers present new, breath-taking images every day, with a detailed list of captions and tips.
- Five Golden Rules: MSoX photographers draw up their own, personal ‘five golden rules’ regarding photography or videography.
- Interviews: Regular Q&As with some of the most renowned photographers in the world will detail their own experiences in the field, their personal approach to photography and their style and technique, providing budding photographers with useful tips and tricks.

Adam Duckworth’s work varies from portrait to commercial work but he is known best for his magazine editorial photography. He is a winner of the SWPP Commercial Photographer of the Year and has also won a national Canon-sponsored photographic award, exhibiting his winning entry in the V&A Museum in London. Karen Thomas is a food and still life photographer and studied photography at Nottingham Trent University. In 1995 she moved to London and spent around four years assisting photographers before breaking out on her own. Karen has been shooting for fourteen years, from editorial to advertising; she has worked with some of the biggest names in the food industry. John McMurtrie is a leading music photographer and official photographer for Iron Maiden.
