MANFROTTO PRESENTS PRO LED SERIES: THE REVOLUTIONARY SPECTRA

Manfrotto, the world leader in the design, production and distribution of professional products for photography, video and entertainment, is proud to present a full range of compact LED panels for videography and photography: Spectra.

Spectra is designed for professional videographers, shooting on location or within a studio, in an environment where natural lighting is not sufficient to get the desired video quality; therefore it is necessary to get artificial, continuous lighting with high-colour rendition. This innovative accessory is perfect for photographers who use LED lights as a secondary light source for portraits, product photography for filling-in shadows or as artistic tool to add catch-light into the subject’s eyes.

The light output at 5600K is of the highest quality and the light intensity can be easily regulated. Spectra ensures an excellent colour rendition: this means that colours are reproduced accurately, without tone-shift towards green. Thanks to its design, no flickering or colour shifting occurs when dimming up or down the light level. This is fundamental to guarantee the highest photo and video results.

Also, some models have a Tuneable white option, which allows you to dynamically change the light temperature of the LED, from cold white to warm white, providing a superior level of light quality with precise colour control. Spectra is lightweight with a slim design that fits perfectly in every camera bag.

Spectra meets everyone’s needs

Manfrotto aims to meet all the videographers’ and photographers’ needs and Spectra is available in different sizes with different beam angles. For example, the Spectra500S spotlight has a narrow beam angle, while the Spectra 900S flood light accessory has a wide beam angle. The narrow beam is used to direct the light on the subject while the wide beam could be used to light up a larger area. Therefore, professionals can choose the accessory that best fits their needs.

Long-life batteries

Spectra’s LED components last for 50 thousand hours. This long battery lifetime is a big advantage for photographers shooting outdoors and unable to recharge.
