The GOO Back Story
In 1996, MetaTools introduced PowerGOO which democratized the creative/photo experience for millions who never thought they could “enhance” a photo, becoming one of the most popular consumer graphics title of its time. In all, GOO software sold millions of retail and OEM copies and garnered dozens of awards from computing, photography and family/parenting magazines for its computer application. Making Faces was created as a result of requests from fans of the original GOO software for a similar product that could utilize the ubiquity of camera phones and the Apple touch screen for use by today’s portable computing and portable device savvy generation. Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch are the perfect platform for Making Faces.
Making Faces is available for download now for $2.99 via iPhone or by visiting the MetaTools website, www.metatools.com, and clicking on the iTunesTM App Store widget.
