The new MINOX DC 1422 with 14 megapixels, 5x optical zoom, 25 mm wide-angle lens and HD movie function.

With its extremely small dimensions of 94x57x18.4mm and weight of only 105 grams, the new DC 1422 digital camera from MINOX is the ideal companion for all occasions. Additionally, the MINOX DC 1422 further convinces with the following technical features: 14 million pixel image resolution, 5x optical zoom and a 25mm wide-angle lens.

The large 1/2.3’’ CCD image sensor combined with the powerful Minoctar lens, guarantee sharp and brilliant images and the HD movie function allows for a much higher quality when recording video sequences. The 25mm wide-angle lens (with reference to a 35mm camera) is ideal for shots in small rooms or for creative landscape photography. The generous 2.7’’ LCD display simplifies the subject selection and subsequent evaluation of the photographed images from different angles. Thanks to the 5x optical zoom, the creative photographer has a wide range of detail to choose from without loss of image quality or resolution.

The autofocus responds quickly and accurately in any situation, ensuring spontaneous snapshots and fast image sequences thanks to the quick and reliable shutter release.

Natural colour reproduction is guaranteed with the automatic white balance. Several flash functions offer the photographer various possibilities to adapt to the prevailing light conditions.

Data is stored on SD / SHDC cards with a capacity of up to 32 GB or in the internal memory. The data can be transferred quickly and easily via the digital USB port and energy is supplied by a replaceable lithium-ion battery.

Included in the scope of delivery are an ever-ready case, a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery, a USB and video cable, battery charger, and image editing software.
