In additiont to the four online seminars announced earlier today, Datacolor has unveiled three more upcomig colour management webinars. The first session, Optimising Images in a Professional Way for Web Purposes, taking place tomorrow from 11am GMT, will demonstrate to participants just how easy it is to manage colour with Spyder4. Oliver Mews, leader of this session, will explain how to improve the appearance and accuracy of the colour for web purposes. In the second webinar, The essentials of print-image matching, scheduled for 7pm on Thursday 1st August, colour consultant Jonathan Briggs takes participants through the skills required to attain  aconsistent workflow all the way from capture to print. Finally, on 13th August, Richard West and Bob Campbell will deliver a lecture entitled Professional Images for Print from Datacolor and onOne software, which focuses on how to get the most professional print look for images from Datacolor’s Spyder4ELITE and onOne Software’s Perfect Effects 4 products.

The expert in colour management will host new online seminars for photographers and graphic designers in July and August

Hosted by Datacolor experts, guest speakers and in cooperation with external partners, the covered topics are: optimising images in a professional way for web purposes, the essentials of print-image matching, and professional images for print. Wednesday 31st July, 11 AM GMT:
Optimising Images in a Professional Way for Web Purposes – Colour Management with Spyder4

This session will demonstrate to participants just how easy it is to manage colour with Spyder4 whether the images are viewed from a monitor, a laptop or a web environment. Oliver Mews, leader of this session, will explain how to improve the appearance and accuracy of the colour for web purposes. This webinar is intended for beginners, semi-pros and pros, and will last 45 minutes.

Thursday 1st August, 7 PM GMT:
The essentials of print-image matching – with Jonathan Briggs

In this webinar, colour consultant Jonathan Briggs takes the participants through the skills required to attain consistent workflow all the way from capture to print. This includes monitor calibration, capture formats and colour spaces, the effects of processing practices and the creation of custom print profiles. Participants can be confident of the print result on any chosen paper. It encompasses the use of the Spyder4 and SpyderPRINT plus workflow in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
The webinar is suitable for amateurs, semi-pros and pros.

Tuesday 13th August, 7 PM GMT:
Professional Images for Print from Datacolor and onOne software – With Richard West & Bob Campbell

 

Aimed at beginners, semi-pros and pros, the webinar will be led by Richard West, international trainer and imaging expert, and Bob Campbell, onOne software expert. The Focus will be on how to get the most professional print look for images from Datacolor’s Spyder4ELITE and onOne Software’s Perfect Effects 4. The session will last one hour.
