Movavi have launched Photo Studio for Windows, a new photo retouching and management suite that combines a photo editor, a slideshow creator and a batch image processor. Movavi Photo Batch offers basic editing functions such as rotation, renaming, image conversion, and automatic adjustment that can be applied to as many pictures as you want. Renaming offers multiple options: Add index, Add date, Add free text, and more – all very useful for organizing photo albums and folders on your hard drive or in the cloud. Adjustment options include MagicEnhance, Auto Contrast, and Auto White Balance. Image conversion enables you to transcode images between JPEG (with customisable image quality levels), BMP, PNG, and TIFF. Movavi announces the availability of Photo Studio for Windows – a new photo retouching and management application that combines the best of three existing Movavi tools: the updated Photo Editor, which now includes a filter collection, Photo Batch for processing multiple photos in a single pass and Slideshow Creator which supports video files and music overlays.

June 11th, 2015 – Movavi Photo Studio, the latest product from the popular developer of accessible multimedia tools, has been designed for everyday use and intuitive image quality enhancement. Beyond the multiple editing tools, Photo Studio empowers you to use your creativity to combine photos and video clips into stunning slideshows, complete with animated fades and soundtracks.

The main module – Movavi Photo Editor 3 – now includes a number of ready-to-use effects and textures ranging from subtle color scheme changes (Nostalgic, Sepia, Vignette, and more) to complete image transformation (Oil Painting, Pen Outlines, and more). Using Textures, you can add stars, water reflections, rough metal, even semi-transparent hearts to your shots. All the original functionality of Photo Editor has also been retained, including object removal that lets you erase unwanted people, wires, and other elements in just a few clicks. Another popular tool, Background removal, lets you select any part of a photo to keep, remove the rest of the image, and merge in a new background.

The trial version lets you work with all the functionality of the application, but does have some limitations: it does not support saving of changes in photos; Photo Batch processing is capped at 100 files; and Slideshow Creator adds a watermark to saved clips.
