Birmingham UK, 11 September 2007 - Colour Confidence, the independent colour management specialist, has today unveiled its new look website. Since its launch in 2002, www.colourconfidence.com has grown into one of Europe’s leading sources for colour management solutions and education. The redesigned site offers the same extensive product range and comprehensive technical support combined with vastly improved usability and navigation, plus an updated look and enhanced layout.

“Our key aims for the new Colour Confidence website were that it should be user-friendly and simple to navigate, with easy access to all the products and information a customer may need”, comments Geoffrey Clements, Managing Director of Colour Confidence. “We didn’t want to rush things purely for the sake of change; we’ve taken the time for a full, in-depth review, and the end result is a website we believe more than achieves those aims”. 

Major features of the new Colour Confidence website include:
Improved navigation and product classification – items are easier to find, with fewer clicks required to reach the product searched for, and a convenient ‘list view’ for switching between products.
Updated, easier to use product pages – product descriptions for the entire range have been reviewed, with text now split into a main description and extra technical information, allowing users to quickly assess if a solution meets their needs.
Refreshed look and layout – a cleaner design with larger product images is not only more aesthetically pleasing, but also means less scrolling for improved usability.
Added customer account control – regular users can easily access and amend their details for faster, simpler shopping.

To mark the launch of the updated website, Colour Confidence is offering a choice of free gift to all customers spending over £100/€150 from September 10th – 17th, while anyone signing up to the Colour Confidence newsletter until October 10th, will be entered into a prize draw to win an OKI colour printer worth over £1200/€1750. Visitors to the site will also be invited to give their thoughts on the changes – something Geoffrey Clements insists is essential to the ongoing development of the website.
