Nik Snapseed 1.1.0 for iPad

Nik Software has released version 1.1.0 of Nik Snapseed, an image editing app for the Apple iPad. The new version brings enhanced performance, raw data support for files transferred to the iPad via the Camera Connector Kit, and the ability to save files with the EXIF preserved. Some minor interface improvements are also included in this release. Snapseed for iPad is available for €3.99 on iTunes.

With Snapseed 1.1.0 the latest version of Nik Software’s image editing tool for mobile devices is available now.

Apart from a number of smaller adjustments with regards to user interface and guidance, this new version includes the following major enhancements:

- RAW-data support for data transferred to the iPad via Camera Connector Kit
- when saving data EXIF-data will be preserved
- generally enhanced performance with regards to processing image adjustments

Snapseed for iPad is the first image-editing tool for mobile devices by Nik Software. In Addition to the traditional tools like Auto Correction, Crop, or Straighten, the app offers selective adjustments thanks to the integrated patented U Point-technology.

Innovative filters like Grunge, Vintage, Black and White or Drama offer creative editing possibilities that can be adjusted individually. The function Center Focus enables the user to manipulate the ratio between blurred and sharp areas within the image.

Furthermore, the image can be completed with an expressive frame, before it is sent by email or shared through social networks. Snapseed for iPad is available for € 3.99 exclusively via the iTunes App Store.
