For those who want to have fun with photography, the slender COOLPIX S9700 combines performance with ease of use.

Its 30x optical zoom lens with an incredible 25-750 mm range – extendable to 60x with Dynamic Fine Zoom* – puts you where the action is, so you’ll be able to capture every detail. When snapping people, Nikon’s Smart Portrait System (with features including Smile Timer, Blink Proof and Red-Eye Fix) helps achieve perfect portraits and reviewing images is easy on the 3inch 921k dots OLED screen. Once you have the shot you want, you can enhance your subjects using the extensive retouch menu, adding fun effects or by applying Glamour Retouch. Early subject detection means you’re always ready to shoot whilst Pre-AF shortens the autofocus time and get crisp results even at full zoom or in low light.

Built-in Wi-Fi opens up further fun possibilities. You can connect to your smart device to use it as a remote control to achieve ideal self-portraits without getting your own arm in shot. Or you can use the smart device connection to upload and instantly share photos with family and friends via email or social media networks.

The camera’s GPS and GLONASS functions mean that detailed location information can be recorded on each photo. Your travel routes can even be logged via the world map function so you’ll never forget where you took that incredible photo.
