NYIP Launches Its Official Blog

The New York Institute of Photography (NYIP) has launched its own blog. Promising ‘eclectic content’, the official NYIP blog has something for every photographer, the editors say. Contributing authors include NYIP Student Advisor Chris Corradino who specialises in nature, photojournalism, and multimedia; and other staff members including the Director of the School, Chuck DeLaney. The school encourages open dialogue with its readers by sharing and discussing content via Facebook, Twitter, blog comments, and forums.

World’s Oldest and Largest Photography School Launches New Photo Blog with Eclectic Content
The New York Institute of Photography recently launched a photography blog featuring content and tips of interest to photographers of all skill levels.

The New York Institute of Photography recently launched a photography blog featuring content and tips of interest to photographers of all skill levels. Having just celebrated its 100-year anniversary, NYIP draws on a rich history of training photographers from all over the world to the blog, which features a wide variety of fresh content designed to help photographers of all skill levels reach their goals.
Whether it’s an informative piece on how much to charge a client, an inspirational video about photographing big cats in Africa, or a look into recent camera trends, this blog has something for everyone. Contributing authors include NYIP Student Advisor Chris Corradino who specializes in nature, photojournalism, and multimedia. As the owner/operator of his own photography business in New York, Corradino understands the unique challenges facing photographers today. “With the proper guidance, these challenges can become opportunity. This blog is a fun, interactive way to take your photography to the next level,” he says.
There will also be posts from several NYIP staff members including the Director of the School, Chuck DeLaney. “In today’s world, people are looking for ways to consume content that is not only helpful and informative, but quick and easy to read,” remarks Mr. DeLaney, “the blog allows us to present our material in a fun and viral way.”
