Steves Digicams have reviewed the Pentax A40, a new compact digital camera offering 12 megapixels, 2.5 inch LCD monitor and 3x optical zoom lens.

The face detection will select the proper exposure and focus based on the faces detected, giving you a properly exposed image every time, while Dynamic Range Adjustment automatically adjusts highlights and shadows to properly expose the whole image.”
