Soon afterwards the completed design is uploaded for the customer to view, at which point the website cleverly allows them to click ‘approve for printing’ or to easily request changes using drop down menus.

After approval the Photobooks go through a 23 stage digital printing and hand-binding process. The customer’s designs are printed directly onto the page, which are each mounted onto thin sheets of PVC to make them rigid and robust. The cover shots are printed onto photo-metallic paper to give a striking, almost three-dimensional contrast, and then sealed onto hard covers, underneath clear acrylic, providing protection and a stylish, durable finish.
