PNY PHOTO AMBASSADORS

Each year, PNY sponsors and supports the efforts of a select number of photographers from diverse focus areas, ranging from sports and adventure photography to nature and photojournalism.

Here is a brief introduction to the 2015 PNY Photo Ambassadors:

Laurent Masurel, aquatic photographer.

Laurent Masurel specialises in capturing thrilling aquatic scenes, with much of his repertoire consisting of fast-action surfing photos. He recently made waves with a popular photo exhibition entitled “The Birth of Aphrodite.”

Scott Gilmour, adventure photographer.

Scott Gilmour participates in some of the most difficult endurance races in the world, and it’s during those events that he takes some of his most beautiful shots. His work includes stunning photos from some of the most inhospitable regions in the world.

Jacopo Pasotti, journalist and photographer.

Jacopo Pasotti’s work as a science reporter has brought him to some of the planet’s harshest places, like Antarctica and the hot, humid climes of Ecuador, in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

Andy Kruczek, fashion photographer.

Andy Kruczek works in the highly demanding fields of fashion, beauty and advertising, with his photographs appearing in editorial spreads and publicity campaigns alike. Andy relies solely on PNY Imaging solutions.

Luke Massey, wildlife photographer.

Luke Massey is a talented wildlife photographer who also works with live-action video. His travels recently brought him to Manú national park in the Peruvian Amazon.

Markus Reugels, liquid art photographer.

Markus Reugels uses drops of water and other liquids to create visually stunning images. He has perfectly mastered two very technical challenges: capturing the millisecond in which a drop forms, and using water to recreate the perfectly formed expression of his artistic vision.

Pierre Pellegrini, atmospheric photographer.

For Pierre Pellegrini, photography is at once an excellent mode of communication and a tool for conveying emotion. He relies on a spontaneous and instinctive process that results in hauntingly beautiful photos.

Didier Bizos, portrait photographer.

Didier Bizos is a highly reputed portrait and celebrity photographer. He is based in Paris, but has practised his craft all over the world.

Sergey Gorshkov, wildlife photographer.

Sergey Gorshkov is a prolific wildlife photographer. He is a staff photographer for Russian National Geographic, and he has twice won the most prestigious wildlife photography award in Russia.

Charles Ricque, sports photographer.

Action sports photographer Charles Ricque uses DSLR and medium format cameras to capture images of dirt bikes at international competitions. His goal is to give motocross mainstream exposure and highlight the sport’s spectacularly tough and risky nature.

Karine Paoli – High-energy photographer.

Filled with energy and passionate about the world and those who live in it, Karine Paoli captures powerful moments—moments of happiness, slices of life, stealthy shots—with her camera. There is nowhere she won’t go, no country she won’t visit and no moment that escapes her sharp eye and singular vision.

Sébastien Montaz-Rosset – Action photographer.

Sébastien Montaz-Rosset is part of a new generation of photographers working mainly with DSLR cameras and launching films via the Internet. Montaz-Rosset uses his past as a ski monitor and mountain guide to put himself in the middle of the action, bringing a fresh and surprising perspective to everything he films.
