The Visilux 180 StudioKit is an ideal starter package for those wanting to put their first portable pro-quality studio lighting package together.

Complete with sturdy carry-bag, the new kit comprises three compact 180W flash lights, together with three light stands which extend up to 220cm. Three different light modifiers are also provided for great flexibility, enabling the user to control the light with great accuracy.

There's a 70x50cm softbox with intermediate diffuser, giving the ability to diffuse the light even further. Also included is an 84cm white translucent umbrella so you can either shoot through or reflect from it, plus there's a silver umbrella of the same size to give a brighter reflective surface to achieve a more 'contrasty' lighting effect.

The package even comes with a handy radio trigger, meaning the photographer doesn't need to use a flash synch cable to fire the lights. This is a real help when photographing children and pets to avoid accidentally tripping on the cable.

The lights have clear, easy to use controls. There's a continuously adjustable output (1/31 to 1/1) and 6 different adjustment levels for the modeling light to ensure perfect homogeneous light conditions in studios for digital photography and for background illumination.
