Ricoh have released a new firmware version, 1.08, for the Ricoh GR Digital, an 8 megapixel compact digicam based on the GR Series of 35mm compact film cameras.

- Fixed an error that the recording area of a RAW image data is shifted to the right side.
- Corrected the condition values in setup data of shooting that are recorded in the Exif information.
- Improved accuracy of the spot AF algorithm.
- Fixed a printing error with some printers due to a failure on the PictBridge connection.
- Corrected a wrong display in the LCD when you start-up a camera in the Synchro-monitor mode.
