Sanyo Also Lowers Sale Predictions

In more industry news, Sanyo are also reported to be lowering their sales predictions, following in the steps of Sony (see next article) and other manufacturers like Olympus. Maybe we aren’t upgrading to the new models as quickly as the manufacturers would like? :)

“Sanyo is expected to lower its digital camera production projection for the year to March to 12 million units from the current estimate of 14 million units, a downward-revised target set in October, informed sources said. The company is now likely to fall behind Sony Corp. and Canon Inc. on the global output ranking.”
