Tetenal has launched a competitively priced, matte photographic paper Duo Print Paper 176g

Norderstedt, May 2004. With the Duo Print Paper “heavy weight” 176g Tetenal offers an additional paper of photo realistic quality in the successful spectra jet OFFICE PHOTO product line. This matte coated, double sided printable paper has a similar surface to Tetenal’s highly successful paper, Duo Print 130 g which regularly wins the DIMA-Award thanks to its unique photo print reproduction.

With this new “Heavy weight” paper the company still is now going a step further and offers the classic qualities of a high-quality photo printing paper, such as a high weight and a high whitebase with an attractive price per sheet: As little as 18 Cents per A4 sheet, the new material is suitable for all printers (e. g. Canon, Epson, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark) and with pigment based inks excellent prints with a high brilliance and long durability - up to 5760 dpi. At the same time, the high weight gives a special significance and a result similar to a conventional photograph.

Despite of the photo realistic qualities this Duo Print Paper 176g, available in DIN A4, A3 and A3+ formats in packs of 100 sheets, has not been developed exclusively for photo prints. The low price per sheet also offers high quality results with b/w office applications such as presentations, graphics or letters.

The new Duo Print Paper 176g is, with all Tetenal spectra jet materials, integrated into a comprehensive service and support program. Driver settings for optimal results on all common Ink Jet printers are available free of charge at www.tetenal.com and ICC profiles for photoquality prints can be downloaded.

spectra jet Fine Art: A range of unusual materials includes coated cotton fabric (Canvas Textile), real hand-made paper (Aquarell Paper 230 g), and a particularly high weight prestige glossy (Premium Fine Art Glossy paper 290g, TIPA Award 2002/ 2003 and DIMA Award 2003) for special applications in agency, prepress and art area as well as also for particularly long durability (Photo Archival Matte Paper 241g).
