Travel Writing and Photography Awards 2009
TNT Magazine has anounced a travel writing and photography contest. There are three categories including “Your London”, “People” and “The narural world”. Each of the category winners will be awarded a Canon EOS 500D with EF-S 18-55mm IS lens kit (pictured). The Readers’ Choice Award for Best Travel Photograph is an Olympus E-420 double zoom kit. As always, we recommend that you read the rules before submitting aby photos.

The 19th Annual TNT Magazine Travel Writing and Photography Awards encourages talented photographers and writers to submit entries in return for recognition and fantastic prizes.
Last year, the awards generated a phenomenal response with over 1,400 entries. Judged by TNT’s specialist panel, including Lonely Planet’s Tom Hall, the awards are highly regarded within the independent travel market.

All finalists will be published in a special edition of TNT Magazine on October 12th. The photography finalist’s work will be exhibited at www.tntonline.co.uk, as well as at the TNT Sun and Snow show on October 9th.
Photographs submitted should encompass the spirit of travel and be representative of different cultures, lifestyles, landscapes and people that one has contact with while on the road.
