The Vanguard Alta Pro AB100 combines the Alta Pro 263AT tripod and SBH-100 ball head, providing unmatched stability and flexibility and enabling more shooting angles than ever before.

The Vanguard Alta Pro AB100's innovative Multi-Angle Central Column (MACC) System allows users to move the central column from zero to 180-degree angles in various vertical and horizontal positions, making macro photography and special wide-angle shots a breeze.

The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) System securely repositions the central column in one simple movement in just a few seconds, whilst maintaining the tripod’s stability.

The lightweight (5.38 lbs/2.44 kg) Vanguard  Alta Pro AB100 tripod collapses to 28.125" (71.5 cm), extends up to 5.67' (1.73 m), and can support up to 15.4lbs (7 kg).

The SBH-100  fluid-like ball head moves swiftly and steadily so you won’t miss the action. Constructed of solid, strong magnesium alloy, it rotates through 360 degrees and has a precision-cut ball head, two bubble levels, a  fine-tuning function, smooth locking knobs and an outstanding loading capacity. Unlike other ball heads, SBH ball heads are designed with moulded body parts, not assembled cut parts. A special universal VANGUARD quick shoe for body/lens is also included so you can upgrade your system to quick-release immediately.

Additional features of the Vanguard Alta Pro AB100 include advanced camera vibration and shock control, aluminum alloy legs that adjust to 25, 50 and 80-degree angles with easy-release buttons for quick set-up, quick-flip leg locks, patented premium magnesium die-cast canopy, hexagon-shaped central column for extra stability and non-slip, spiked rubber feet for changing terrains.
