"Water" Photography Competition Winners Announced
The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers (SINWP) have announced the winners of their ‘Water’ themed contest. Kutub Uddin from Bognor Regis, West Sussex, has been named as the overall winner for his image entitled, "Raining" (see above). "The picture was taken at morning in my garden Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England, with a Sony a77 & a Sony 100mm macro lens," Kutub says. The runners-up are Mara Acoma from County Durham and Gerald Davies from Port Talbot.

Water Photography Competition - Winners Announced
Kutub Uddin, “Raining”
The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers have announced the winners of the ‘Water’ Photographic Competition.
For this competition we asked for images that focused on ‘water’ and which gave entrants the opportunity to enter images that depict this vital element of life.
Kutub’s image entitled ‘Raining’ was chosen as the winner from over 650+ entries.
Kutub Uddin from Bognor Regis, West Sussex says “Thank you so much that is great news. The picture was taken at morning in my garden Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England, with a Sony a77 & a Sony 100mm macro lens.”
Kutub has won 12 months membership to The Society of International Nature and Wildlife Photographers (SINWP) and a full copy of DxO Optics Pro 9 worth £119.
Phil Jones, The Societies CEO says, “Another fantastic array of entries this month, Kutub’s image was chosen as the winner as the shot is beautifully captured and sits well with the theme ‘Water’.”
The runners up Mara Acoma from County Durham and Gerald Davies from Port Talbot, Poland have both been awarded 6 months membership to the SINWP photographic organisation.
