The winners are Carlos Robles, Tomasz Dzubia, Inga Linder-Kopiecka, Jarosław Godowski and Vito Netti. The theme colour for July is Pantone 14-0848 Mimosa. Best illustrated by the abundant flowers of the Mimosa tree and the sparkle of the brilliantly hued cocktail, Mimosa is a versatile shade that coordinates with any other colour and "translates to both fashion and interiors," the company remarks. July competition launched with PANTONE® Mimosa

Birmingham, UK, June 3rd, 2015 - X-Rite Photo Europe, the specialist distributor for X-Rite’s range of products aimed at the photographic and video market, has today announced June’s winners of the global social competition ‘Capture The Color’ and also unveiled July’s theme colour.

Theme colour for July 2015
‘PANTONE 14-0848 Mimosa’

Pantone Mimosa was Pantone’s Color of the Year in 2009. Best illustrated by the abundant flowers of the Mimosa tree and the sparkle of the brilliantly hued cocktail, the 2009 color of the year represents the hopeful and radiant characteristics associated with the color yellow. Mimosa is a versatile shade that coordinates with any other color, has appeal for men and women, and translates to both fashion and interiors.

To Enter
Entrants can submit their photographs which best represent the specified monthly PANTONE® Colour. Submissions should be entered via X-Rite’s Facebook Competition page. Photographers may enter as many of their own original photographs as they wish.

X-Rite will also be publishing this competition through their Twitter, Google+ and Instagram social feeds.

Simply visit the X-Rite Photo Facebook Competition page and then vote for your favourite photos each day or encourage your friends and family to vote for your entries.

More Details
X-Rite will run one competition per month, starting on the 2nd June 2015 through to December 31st 2015. A unique PANTONE Colour will be featured each month as the topic for inspiration.

The five June winners are:

All five winners will have their choice of an X-Rite i1Display Pro, ColorChecker Passport or ColorMunki Display as their prize. At the end of the year, all winning images will be judged by X-Rite’s Coloratti to determine one overall Grand Prize Winner who will receive a Wacom Cintiq® 27QHD Touch.
