Looking back on the ZEISS Challenge: Touit in Bangkok

Colorful cloths and bright garments at the Chatuchak weekend market. Steam rising from a sizzling wok with noodles. A boot gliding on a narrow canal toward the light. The morning sun gleaming on the roof of the Temple of Dawn ‘Wat Arun’. These are the kind of moments that can be wonderfully staged with the new Touit lenses.

With the Touit Challenge we put the Touit lenses to the real test. In the hands of four photographers, the new lenses had to prove themselves on a journey through the metropolis of Bangkok, Thailand. The ZEISS community was also part of the Challenge: Two professional photographers competed against two photographers from the community. Both teams took pictures with the new Touit lenses for a period of ten days. Each day the ZEISS online community decided which assignment the two teams had to complete.

Days full of excitement, emotion and fun, but also unforeseen situations, lie behind us. We gathered many insights into Thai culture and travel photography. Laura Saffiotti, Mac Kwan, Muga Miyahara and David Maupilé let the audience participate in their activities every day during the ZEISS Challenge. Now we would like to share the results with you.
