Canon iPF6450 Review

Conclusion
If you’re looking for a printer in the 24” and larger range, the Canon imagePROGRAF series should be at the top of your list. Print quality is excellent across a full range of media, from photo papers to fine art rag and canvas. Setup wasn’t quite as straight forward as it could have been given the outdated drivers supplied, but realistically, I head to the manufacturers website when I get a new printer in. I don’t expect the included software to be the most current available. Canon should update the plugin installer though to recognize current versions of Photoshop.
Epson has the edge with paper handling on the new x900 series, but Canon has a clear edge with ink use and consistency. When you take into account the price difference between the Epson and the Canon (about $1700), you have more than enough to buy a complete set of ink and a nice supply of media.
