Conclusion

Tonality Pro is a strong contender in a somewhat crowded market of black and white conversion tools. For basic use, the standard version at $15 is a bargain. If you use Lightroom or Photoshop, or have more advanced needs with layers, Tonality Pro at $70 still represents a very good value. It has the best performance of any similar tool I’ve tried, and the adjustment options are top notch. Tonality Pro has become my first choice for black and white work in digital images.
