Sharpness at 600mm
For this test, the Canon RF 600mm F11 IS STM lens was attached to a Canon EOS R body, which was in turn mounted to a sturdy tripod. Exposure delay mode was activated. Tonal and colour variance across the crops are due to change in natural light during the session.

The full frame at 600mm
As you'd perhaps expect when shooting at f/11, sharpness is perfectly acceptable at both the centre and edges of the frame, although it's not quite as pin-sharp as many other RF lenses that we've reviewed.
