Sony have announced that the FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS lens has been delayed by 3 months for new orders. In an official statement on Sony Japan's website, Sony say that it will take 3 months for them to catch-up with the production. The Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 lens was originally announced back in February 2016.

Unveiled at Photokina 2016, the Fujifilm GFX 50S is the first digital medium-format camera body in Fuji's brand new GFX system. Having attended the launch event in Cologne, we now bring you our first hands-on preview of this exciting new product. Do note that all of our remarks are based on a prototype/pre-production sample.

Phew, what a day! Press Day at Photokina 2016 turned out to be much bigger than we expected, with flagship products seemingly being announced on the hour, every hour. So here's a handy roundup of all the highlights if you haven't been able to keep up. We'll be adding more products as they're announced.

Day 2 Update: We've taken a closer look at the Fujifilm GFX 50S, Sony A99 II and Canon EOS M5 cameras and Sigma's new lenses, as well as having an in-depth discussion with Olympus about the new flagship E-M1 Mark II camera. There have also been further announcements from the likes of SanDisk, Lexar, Phase One, Metz, Bowens, Broncolor and Kodak, all of which are listed below.

Day 3 Update: We've been busy bringing you hands-on photos of all the important new cameras, lenses and accessories that have been launched at Photokina, plus taking time to chat with Canon, Nikon and Sigma.

Day 4 Update: More hands-on looks at more interesting new products, including a variety of lenses, plus an interview with Kodak about their new 4K360VR camera.

Day 5 Update: An interview with Hasselblad, plus hands-on photos of 3 Nikon Coolpix cameras, an array of Zeiss, Meyer-Optik and Voigtländer lenses and a number of interesting accessories.

Voigtländer are showing off prototypes of a Nikon F-mount Nokton f/1.4, a Sony E-mount Macro Apo-Lanthar 65mm f/2 and an M-mount Heliar 1:3.5 50mm lens at Photokina. All three lenses are expected to be available in Spring 2017.

We sat down with Ove Bengston, Hasselblad Product Manager, to discuss the Fujifilm GFX system, the X1D and lenses, the V1D concept camera, and the True Zoom smartphone device.

The Irix ILA-FE2EF is a new adapter for using Canon EF lenses on Sony E-mount full-frame cameras. The Irix Sony E-Mount Adapter is being shown as an early protoype at Photokina 2016. It features aperture control via the camera body, a detachable foot with tripod mount, weather-sealed construction and a durable metal housing with a premium finish.

The Lexar Professional 1800x (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB), Professional 1000x (32GB, 64GB, and 128GB) and High-Performance 633x (32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 200GB) memory cards have achieved maximum compatibility with GoPro products.
