In another busy month for the brand, Leica has revealed a new ‘stealth’ version of the M10 in the near-silent shuttered, logo-free M10-P. Photography Blog attended the M10-P’s London launch…

The Leica M10-P digital rangefinder camera is exceptionally discreet and concentrates entirely on the most essential camera functions. The Leica M10-P has an extremely low noise level of its shutter, the quietest shutter release of all M-cameras ever made. In addition the camera has no Leica red dot logo on the front and features only discreet Leica lettering on its top plate.

The Leica M10-P is available from today from authorised Leica UK stores and authorised Leica dealers and is offered in a choice of black chrome and silver chrome finishes for £6,500 including VAT / $7995.00 USD.

Samyang have unveiled their first ever AF lens for Nikon cameras, the AF 14mm F2.8 F ultra wide-angle lens. This compact ultra wide-angle lens weighs only 484g ands is comprised of 15 elements in 10 groups, including 2 aspherical elements, 4 high refractive (HR) elements and 1 extra-low dispersion (ED) glass element. The Samyang AF 14mm F2.8 F will be available from September 2018 priced at £649.99.

Nikon have released the fifth teaser video for their upcoming full-frame mirrorless camera, with personal testimony from three different photographers on how the camera works and handles.

The three photographers are Brandon Woelfel, Social Media Creator, Vivien Liu, Urban Architect and Photographer, and Marsel Van Oosten, Nature Photographer.

Van Oosten comments "It handles just like a DSLR, but physically it's totally different, because it's so lightweight", Woelfel says "Its so reliable and I'm always able to capture the most spontaneous moments" and Lui "Having a camera I can take anywhere with me is great because the more pictures you take, the greater it is for a creative".

The new Nikon mirrorless camera also appears to have a touchscreen LCD adapter, and it can be used with Nikon's huge range of F-mount lenses via an adapter.

Nikon have released the fourth teaser video for their upcoming mirrorless camera, focusing this time on the Lens.

Lexar has announced that it will officially be in full production and shipping globally to major retailers in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions this Autumn. This announcement confirms Lexar’s return to the high-performance removable storage market and is the first press release from its new parent company, Longsys.
